As FSVC’s Chief of Party in Niger, Ms. Mahgoub manages FSVC’s project activities, including project design and implementation, and oversees all FSVC activity in Niger.

Before joining FSVC, she was a Senior Resident Country Director for the National Democratic Institute (NDI) in Sudan, where she ran several governance programs, focused on capacity building for government institutions, and worked with NGOs, women movements and youth.  Ms. Mahgoub brings over 28 years of professional experience, many of which were focused on the implementation and coordination of international development programs.  She has worked extensively in Africa, including long- and short-term projects in Sudan, Burundi, Libya, Tunisia, Egypt, Senegal, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Mozambique and Madagascar.
