As a Director, Ms. Unklesbay helps manage all aspects of program implementation, including activity design, recruitment of experts, monitoring and evaluation and reporting to funders. She liaises closely with FSVC field staff and management to support program implementation and identify business development opportunities.

Prior to joining FSVC, Ms. Unklesbay worked in federal lobbying and previously interned at the Astana International Finance Center and the U.S. Embassy in Moscow. Ms. Unklesbay holds an M.S. in Global Business and Finance from Georgetown University and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Oslo.
