As Regional Director, Mr. Dalloua works closely with counterparts and FSVC experts to facilitate projects, and pursue business development opportunities, in North Africa and West Africa.  In recent years, he has worked to expand access to finance for small businesses in Tunisia, Morocco and Algeria, as well as governance projects across the region. Before his arrival at FSVC, Mr. Dalloua worked in equity finance and as a sales trader for Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking in Montreal.  He holds an MSc (Hons) in finance from Paris Dauphine and an MA (Hons) in mathematics from Paris Dauphine.
