As the Team Lead in Senegal, Mr. Diallo fosters relationships with the Senegalese Government, civil society organizations and other stakeholders to support the execution of FSVC’s initiatives focused on gender community engagement in Senegal and Mauritania.

Prior to joining FSVC, he dedicated 23 years to USAID/Senegal, where he held various key positions, including Mission Gender Specialist, Senior Program Development Specialist and Deputy Director of the Program Office.  His expertise covers strategic planning, design, implementation, and assessment of development projects. Mr. Diallo holds a Masters Degree in Social Anthropology and a Doctorate Degree in Environmental Sciences from Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar.
