October 5, 2017, New York, NY – The Financial Services Volunteer Corps (FSVC) leadership congratulates FSVC Board Member Randal K. Quarles on his appointment to the position of Vice Chair for Supervision of the Federal Reserve System. Mr. Quarles was confirmed by the U.S. Senate today.
