FSVC’s very own Volunteer Expert Phyllis Resnick won VEGA’s Volunteer of the Year award this December. Ms. Phyllis Resnick, Ph.D., Lead Economist, Colorado Futures Center at Colorado State University, has servedas a volunteer expert for 5 different projects in just over 12 months. She has spent the equivalent of 48 days volunteering or preparing for FSVC projects and has trained 223 beneficiaries from both government and civil society.. She has traveled to Angola, Tunisia, and Jordan, and has had an undeniable impact on the Jordanian Ministry of Finance and Tunisian Ministry of Finance, to name a few. We are quite proud at FSVC to have one of our very own recognized. Congratulations Phyllis!
