As the Team Lead in Mauritania, Ms. Coulibaly fosters relationships with the Mauritanian Government, civil society organizations and other stakeholders to support the execution of FSVC’s initiatives focused on gender community engagement in Senegal and Mauritania.

Before joining FSVC, she dedicated 16 years to Oxfam International, where her roles included serving as the Oxfam Program Director in Mauritania and Senegal, and subsequently becoming the Country Director of Oxfam’s Benin office.  Her experience focuses on planning and implementing projects/programs related to humanitarian efforts, development and advocacy.  With her expertise, she manages teams and addresses various issues such as local development, climate justice, gender justice, and peace and security.  Ms. Coulibaly holds a Masters Degree in environmental protection and the improvement of Sahelian agriculture systems.
