FSVC’s program focuses on the following objectives:

• Build the capacity of LE and other competent authorities to counter the financing of terrorism through the design and implementation of a public awareness campaign to inform the public and NPOs about ML/TF risks in their communities and how to counter those risks
• Assist the Albanian government in increasing awareness of the importance of combating ML/TF and providing resources to LE authorities in preventing or ameliorating ML/TF activities
• Promote cooperation between Albanian LE and NPOs to identify and mitigate ML/TF risks and encourage NPOs to assist LE in combating ML/TF
