As a Program Assistant in Kinshasa, Ms. Pay-Pay helps with project implementation for FSVC’s program in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Prior to joining FSVC, she worked as a Corporate Client Account Manager at the Bank of Africa – DRC overseeing financial transactions and providing services to clients. Additionally, she was a Business Analyst at a private investment firm in Kinshasa, responsible for ESG and performance reports for international investors. She also served as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at SFA Congo, an insurance company, managing the technical sales team.

Ms. Pay-Pay holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, specializing in banking and insurance, and is fluent in French, English, Swahili and Lingala.
